What Bella Says in the New Cover to New Moon Book
Edward who?
Oh you mean, the VAMPIRE WHO BROKE MY HEART AND DUMPED ME IN THE FOREST?
I don’t even know where he is.
Nor do I need to.
Because I have a red-hot werewolf-boy with his arms around me.
Edward, eat your heart out.
Oh, that’s right. Vampires don’t have hearts. Well, I do and mine’s a-beatin’ fast thanks to Jacob.
OK, so that’s just what I imagine Bella saying in this new book cover for “New Moon” featuring Jacob and Bella on center stage. It’s almost enough to get me to buy another copy.

New Moon Poster is Out!!
So everyone, what do we think of the New Moon poster?
I, for one, think it’s fantastic. I like that the color is different from Twilight’s poster. The New Moon poster has more earth tones, which fits with the rise of the werewolves in the storyline. Plus, I’m all into seeing Jacob smack dab between Edward and Bella.
‘Course, it’s no secret I’m on Team Jacob.

And Now it’s Buffy Versus Bella!
First we had the Angel versus Edward debate. Now it’s all about Buffy versus Bella!
Roll up your sleeve, BCNN viewers/readers, because we’ve got a battle going on. In the Smith College student paper, the writer posits that “Twilight” vampires are merely eye candy, the whole story is just a rescue fantasy and at its core “Twilight” is mostly a polemic against premarital sex.
By contrast, Buffy’s relationships with her suitors – some vampires themselves – were always complex, scary and unresolved. Sort of like REAL teenage relationships!
Is Twilight merely a “lobotomized” version of the vampire myth? Is Bella a role model or not? Or is Buffy the one to emulate? “After all, Buffy the Vampire Slayer may have had premarital sex with the undead, but she still managed to go to college and save the world from the apocalypse,” the paper said.
